The Lynwood Inn is an 1881 Inn that was owned for thirty years by a group in CT and purchased March 9, 2023, by Cathy and Dan Mitchell, who live onsite throughout the year and both have spent their lifetimes in Hospitality and the care of others. Summer Season (Memorial Day to Labor Day) is always Amazing, with returning and new families from many generations visiting and enjoying all that is York Beach. Each Summer we house up to eight J1 university students/ workers from around the World, who are experiencing America for the first time in their lives.
From October - May each year our 13 suites are available for monthly rentals. Often we have traveling health care workers here for 13-26 week contracts with area hospitals and care facilities.
